Happy New Year 2019!

Happy New Year 2019!

I'm quite looking forward to the new year. 2018 wasn't a bad year for me, it was quite good and successful, but I intent to make 2019 even better.

2018 was - as I mentioned - a good year. Stressful and full of work but good. I finished my training as freight forwarding agent in summer with quite a good score after months of studying and working. It was a very busy time but I also enjoyed it. I started a  job with a permanent working contract in the company that trained me. I helped out in a few departments and sadly I'm stuck in one I don't like at all at the moment. But I hope I can leave soon, so I keep going.  I intent to stop being stressed and work this much. I often did 10h a day and it was simple too much after a while. My resolution for work next year is to be good at my job, working for a promotion, get back into my old department and ignoring everybody's shit.

I signed a second working contract for a few hours of work on Saturday in a hospital. I'm quite excited when I start work in a few days. It's good money for a few hours and I can really need it.

I visited a few concerts and musicals in 2018, e.g. Ed Sheeran and Sting, Der Ring, Die Päpstin. I had a good time with some friends and a lot of birthday's. To be honest it was a blast of a year.

I also met a lot of nice people on Twitter and finally had the guts to post some of my fanficton. Writing is going well too and I hope to post more the coming year so stay tuned :)

What didn't went so well was my health. I had quite a few problems with my back, headaches etc but I hope it'll get better when I'm a bit less stressed due to work.  So i'll also try to finally do something for my health the upcoming year and finally start to hit the gym and do some more workouts in the pool etc. I really need it, I gained way too much work due to all the eating and sitting at work and I wanna loose it again. So finger's crossed that I will get my ass up this year. ;)

My biggest goal for next year would be to finally travel to England again after my last visit in 2009. It's time to see this beautiful country after nearly 10 years again. Even tho for a weekend. So wish me luck I'll make it.

So to everyone reading this and to all the others out there, a wonderful New Year's Eve with your family, friends and loved ones and a Happy New Year 2019! All the best and a lot of success, love, health and all you wish for.

Love, Y.
